This work is a mix media on canvas and was created in solidarity to the women and the men that support them, of Iran. Tehran – home of those amazingly brilliant and creative Persians who once celebrated an empire of tolerance, music, art, and even the 1st pony express.
This work refers to the revolution for women which began around 2022 and 2023. It all started with a wisp of hair… The bravery of those who have stood for the rights and honor of women and women’s voices is not unseen or unheard. We see you. We hear you.
